At WiSH, we support leadership and career development in education by increasing the number of well-qualified and competent school leaders who feel ready and confident to apply for promotion.
We founded WiSH in 2006 to support women into senior leadership positions, redress the imbalance in headship appointments and address the recruitment crisis. We are continuing with this goal through our specialist women’s leadership provision.
What we offer increasingly appeals to a wider audience and we are now also invited to work with men and mixed sex groups. You will find information about all of our work, for women and men, individuals and organisations, in the pages of this website. Our clients include: schools, trusts, academy chains, headteachers, governors, school leadership teams, professional associations - and many individuals working in varied roles in the education world.
